CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS - Cancellations and modifications must be made by phone or by sending an e-mail to bookings@bleedingheart.co.uk, quoting the reference number in your confirmation e-mail.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS - Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs at the time of the booking
